What we see most often

If yours isn’t listed, we can still help — every treatment plan starts with a proper assessment.

  • Rotator Cuff Injuries

Pain, weakness and reduced movement around the shoulder, often associated with lifting, throwing or repetitive overhead activity.
  • Subacromial Pain Syndrome (Shoulder Impingement)

Pain around the shoulder that can be aggravated by lifting the arm, reaching overhead or lying on the affected side. You may also hear this referred to as shoulder impingement.
  • Shoulder Instability

A feeling that the shoulder is loose, unstable or may give way, sometimes following a dislocation or previous shoulder injury.
  • Shoulder Labral Injuries

Injuries affecting the cartilage around the shoulder joint, which can cause pain, clicking, catching or instability.
  • Frozen Shoulder

Pain and significant stiffness in the shoulder, often developing gradually and affecting everyday movements.
  • Biceps Tendinopathy

Pain at the front of the shoulder associated with irritation of the biceps tendon, particularly during lifting and pulling movements.
  • Shoulder Bursitis

Pain and irritation around the shoulder that can cause discomfort with movement and pressure.
  • AC Joint Injuries

Injuries to the acromioclavicular joint at the top of the shoulder, commonly caused by falls, contact sport or lifting.
How we can help

Treatments for these conditions

Most people start with an injury consultation, so we can assess the problem properly before deciding on the right treatment.

  • Injury consultation & treatment

A thorough assessment of your injury, strength and mobility, then hands-on treatment and a clear plan to get you back to what you love.
  • Sports massage

Also known as deep tissue massage: targeted hands-on work to ease tension, speed up recovery and keep you moving, whether you're training for an event or sitting at a desk all week.
